Just a quick question.
So i was on the way back to the depot, we dont usually get near the first 4.5 hours driving time where i work but on this occasion it was getting close.
I got back and parked up with about 2 minutes to spare, i just took my card out, handed in the paperwork and went home.
Is this ok to do im not really sure if i had to take a break or not only been driving a wagon for three weeks.

about 7 hours. I had taken 30 mins break before 6 hours but that only registers 15 mins on the tacho for driving.
After three weeks you need a break of at least 15 mins but this can be split over the next few months.

You were fine. Never exceeded 4.5 hours driving so didn’t need a break under EU regs.
