Get out there.
Drop into companies you would consider working for & speak to them face to face.
Sending emails doesn’t work in this industry.
Seeing them face to face gives them opportunity to suss you out plus you can suss them out.
Try mid day around mid week. Take your hi Vis & safety boots ready for a trial drive & you’ll be sure to walk away with a job offer after doing this a couple of times.
