Hello. Can I drive c category lorry with supervision and l plates if I have insurance for that, but I didn’t pass yet theory? I mean do I need to pass theory before training on public roads ?

Accompanying driver must have held appropriate licence for 3 years.
…………………… but that’s no more than many so called instructors so that’s easy enough.
