A handy way to do it although looks like you end up paying the full thing back effectively, depending what the 1 year credit gives. Also means you dont have to wear a green uniform to do this. 
Defo a way to get into it, but of you have the money I’d go with pay yourself as you can swap and change at will. Not locked i to a company if you dont like them or crap wages.
Would be nice if they told you up front how much it costs and what happens if you fail the CE test. No doubt that info comes after you apply.
