Yes, you get idiot in any walk of life, there’s no obligation to join them.
FWIW, most of my drivers tell me this is the best job they’ve ever had, so they enjoy it. We are OK as an employer, others aren’t, but you aren’t a tree so move on if you aren’t happy.
