If using ferry mode you’ll need an 11 hour rest plus the movements on/off ferry.
Thats the legal way, the irish way is get off boat and crack on.

Unless you are trying to get a 11hr rest in just drive on and slap it on break mode. You are only on there parked 3:30hr normally.
If you need to use it, example, drive through check in, get your ticket, park in lane, stick it on break, before driving on to boat select ferry mode. Drive on boat and stick it on break. When back in truck on the other side select ferry mode before driving off to find a space to park and select break mode. You have up to 1hr driving in total and add whatever minutes to your 11hr rest.
