Went to Peter Smythe’s for Cat C course even though I live over a hundred miles away, because of everything I have heard on this forum.
It was definitely worth the travel! I was put up in a comfortable B&B (paid for by Peter Smythe Transport Training) and had the man himself (Pete) doing my training.
To say that Pete has the patience of a saint is an understatement. The amount of times he had to tell me the same thing over and over again and yet he did it with such calmness, never once getting outwardly upset with me even though I was annoyed with myself for seemingly being unable to follow his simple instructions!
I would like to publicly thank Peter and his whole team, who all made me feel very welcome and definitely made me a very happy man!
BTW Pete - you’d be amazed how many weight limit signs I saw on the way home!
