So I have a interview coming up with Gregory’s for a milk tanker class 2 job
Can anyone give me an idea of the type of work involved? It’s a 5 days on 3 off arangement doing 11 hour shifts.
This would be my first LGV job.

Never done the job myself but it’s reminded me of a couple of youtube videos I’d seen in the past about it, it may give you a bit of a heads up to what the actual job involves.

As a class 2 you’ll be the one going to all the hard to reach farms picking up the milk from there individual storage tanks, taking samples etc.
Once you done 10/12 ish farms more or less, you bring it back to cross deck over to the class 1s to drive to the dairy/factory.
I’ve only done class 1 milk tankers but the class 2 have a lot more to do.
Can’t help with the specifics but be aware cows produce milk 365 days a year and xmas day is seen as a normal working day…
