DVLA have really improved their service overall. Of course there’s still horror stories but these are the minority.

Hopefully you can say well done for passing in person soon, Pete, I just have to get some free dates in order and I’ll be booking in with you for my class 2 sometime in the next couple of weeks.
Thought it sensible to have my licence in hand before booking.
Strongly suggest you watch out for the Open Day Offer. The Open Day is this Saturday but, knowing your location, I don’t expect to see you there. The offer is secret until Saturday but I will post it up as soon as I can. Anyone will then have until 4.30pm on Monday 8th to sign up to it if they wish.
