Just checked to see if my licence has updated and I got a message Unclaimed test pass?
Phoned up dvla and apparently when you send the pass certificate in you must also fill in a D2 form. I was told to just send the certificate in with my licance no mention of a d2 form.
When I passed cat c, examiner took care of that, he took my old card and a new updated one came the following week. Did you not get this option?

They did offer however I needed it for my cpc the following Monday
