Am currently working Wednesday Thursday Friday and occasional Saturday & Sunday. I’m wanting to do an extra day so I was wondering if it’s possible to do the following shift patterns. Wk1 T W T F S S. Wk2 T W T F S. Wk 3 T W T F S S. Wk 4 T W T F. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
So you want to do 6 shifts and 5 shifts alternately on a regular basis ?
That’s fine as long as you can pay back the compensation for the reduced weekly rest periods by the end of the 3rd week after the week the reduced weekly rest was used for.
