I’ve tried to find a sticky post on these bloody wtd breaks but can’t so can some1 answer if this is ok or have I gone over working time by half hour from 11.00 til 17.30…thanks…
Start 5.30
Work 5.30- 6.00
Drive 6.00- 10.00
Work 10.00 10.15
Break 10.15- 11.00
Drive 11.00- 15.00
Work 15.00- 17.30

Oh dear - that is at least 5 years for exceeding the WTD 6 hour rule by 30 mins 
Seriously, possible internal company infringement … thats it 
I think so, someone else needs to confirm but you can’t work more than 6 hours without a break. Stick a 15 before 17.00 and it would be fine from that point

YES but the 6 hour rule has been broken on the back half of the shift
Could have been avoided if that 45 break had been taken 30 mins later
I’ve got one of them truck apps that works out time…just realised I put it on POA when I got back the depot from 17.00- 17.20 that’s why I never got an alert I seriously need stop using that POA if I stuck it on break instead would of been ok…cheers

If you’re paid breaks that’s best. If they deduct them watch the time
