Any1 shed some light on ins and outs of the job? Whats a good rate for it?
Premier mortars near me are looking for people so was thinking of applying as it gives me more time at home but dont want to take huge drop in wages.

The wages vary from good to bad, company to company. It’s impossible for me to give you a figure. You should be home every night. Be careful, the rotating drum makes the truck unstable round bends. I was on 100 a day, fixed rate for 2-10. There’s really not much to say about the job, cleaning out at the end of the day is a pita. I would say that it’s a stepping stone job at best, just a stop on the way to something better.
