So been thinking about taking the plunge and getting class two then class 1 after. Been a chef most of my career and want something different. What’s it like for work in the Nottingham area? Seems to be a lot of agency work around here. Any help/advice would be appreciated 
Agencies have taken most of the work, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, it gives you scope for variety. Can you get to East Midlands airport? Plenty of work out that way.
There is plenty of work around, you shouldn’t have much trouble getting a start in Nottingham
Doesn’t seem to be an issue in Nottingham area. Taylors at Huthwaite are normally good for taking on newbies.
