Look for an app called ‘Work Log’ which is basically a rolling time sheet. I get paid start to finish but you can add that you lose x amount of time for breaks so helps you keep track of pay.
For tachos I use good old pen and paper. My diary looks like a codebuster manual but it’s never let me down and I know what’s what.
