Although we use log books to record our shifts, and our tacho heads are set to out of scope, Could a digi card be used to record our hours or do they only acknowledge EU rules??Also although we use log books, should my transport manager be downloading our cards every 28 days even though we don’t use them? I think he should do but he says he dosnt have too…
No legal need to download domestic from digicard
