Guys, is it worth setting up as ltd company working for agency who is going pay £11 hourly , £2 more than I’m on currently for class 2 work , he’s given me loads of information and google is a minefield of info also.
Wanted to ask the guys on here for any help or advice.

I’m out of touch now but i did set myself up as a ltd company about 9 yrs ago for about 16 months and it worked great for me as my accountant was an old school mate who cooked er sorry i mean sorted my figures out for me at a next to nothing price but in the end i prefered to get away from the agency side of things and landed a full time job. It’s probably still worth a go but you need a really good trustworthy accountant.
