Getting your DQC after doing MOD 4

So I completed my Mod 4 on friday, and the examiner said the card should arrive in the post.

Other people on here have said you have to send of your MOD4 pass certificate.?

Also I sent my Driving licence and my practical pass cert off the last week, I have a company that wants to see me drive for 30 mins or so.Can I do this as soon as I get my Driving Licence back or do I have to wait for DQC to come back aswell.

You do nothing after passing mod 4 as DQC gets sorted electronically

You can use certificate as proof to drive commercially

When you get your licence back you can drive with your mod 4 certificate until you get your card

Brill thankyou.

Passed my test 2 weeks ago still waiting for my licence to come back. .

Legally you can drive LGVs commercially with the pass certs from the C and mod 4 passes but most employers want to see the licence and DQC

On the back of my pass cert it states
“This pass certficate do not authorise you to drive”

But as you say most will want to see the cards.

Which pass cert - mod 3 or mod 4 pass cert

True. You must have driving license.

“Waiting for your card
You can drive professionally if you’ve passed all the tests and you’re waiting for your Driver CPC card to arrive.”
