Can anyone offer advice please; I’ve just got my class 2 and am looking for work at weekends and through July and august. Is it best to sign up with agencies? If so which? I’m in the northwest between Liverpool and Warrington. Or should I contact companies direct? Any advice on getting my feet in the door gratefully received
Driver Hire seems to be a nationwide agency or Manpower, Just look up trucking agencies in your area on google

I like agency work. Don’t get me wrong they are all parasites, but you can pick and choose what you do and when. My advice to you would be to sign up with several, this time of year is the busy time and that works in your favour. Soon we have the run up to Xmas and work is aplenty
