No that’s not legal.

If you start at 07:00 and have 3 or more hours rest during the shift you need to be finished work no later than 22:00 then you must have at-least 9 hours rest.

With a split daily rest period the last part of the daily rest period has to be no less than 9 hours which must be completed within 24 hours from the start of the shift.

No disrespect but DCPC is in place to educate drivers that don’t know all the rules and regulations (which of course is a minefield). But if you are asking this kind of stupid question, then in my opinion you should leave the driving to the learned.
Now then on the other hand if you are asking this question because someone in your office has asked you to do this, then I suggest you find a new company to work for because this is 100% illegal.
