May be a stupid question but…I’m filling in the form D2 to apply for a provisional licence and noticed when looking at my driving licence photo card section 9 where it has category’s my licence has B,BE,C1,C1E,D1,D1E. But my wife’s hasn’t, I passed my (car) test in 1991.
Do I still need to apply for a provisional? Or does this licence allow me to learn as it is.
As I say it’s sounds a silly question but my wife’s licence doesn’t have the same categories as mine.
You need to apply using D2 form - tick C & D only
You also need the D4 medical form for a doctor - max price £60 coz if more you have been ripped off
You can get digicard now
You can do some of the 35 hours periodic dcpc now

I’ve been wanting to become a HGV driver for ages now and I am now going to do it, I’m filling in the forms tonight, ringing the doctors tomorrow to book medical then I need to find a training provider in Teesside.
