What you said above is spot on, I have always believed attitude breads attitude. Keep your head down, respect your kit and you soon get a name for yourself. I went from a 18.5k salary in March 2014 and now I’m on around 35k I’m trusted to get on with the job and bring the volvo back in one piece.
I like my job, it infuriates me when people slag itoff just because they can’t tow the line!
