If they are anything like the trade team side you’ll do a shed load of paperwork then do a walkaround check and approximately one hour assessment.
Absolutely Never flash anyone to let them back in or let them go, waving thank you is fine.
Be very aware of the 2second rule when closing up on anything to overtake.
