whats irritating is I’ve seen that big empty space on the right as you head towards that bridge because I’ve seen someone parked in it I know its in the east of france but we nearly always use the RCEA from soutteraine to chalon so I can’t remember where it is

OK then. Clue time:
This road runs roughly parallel to the N70 between Digoin and Chalon-sur-Saône
Inselaffe [1]
This is a term that the Germans lovingly call the English. It means Island Monkey.
The actual meaning behind it refers to the Germans forming the opinion that evolution did not quite hit the coast of Great Britain (Grossbrittanien).
Inselaffe [2].
But even the Germans came from the trees and bushes in North Africa and when they reached Europe became Neanderthals. Of course the Germans don’t want to believe that and think they are a higher ape. Funnily enough the Japanese and Chinese call all Europeans “Monkey Men” because we have an abundance of hair compared to them.
I always thought it was Inselappe? Island Apes…
As a German speaker I can adjudicate here, Affe is the German for both ape AND monkey, they don’t appear to discriminate between monkeys and primates like we do.

Correct, Mr Wolf.

C’mon, Wolfie. The clues are there
Because I’m that type of guy, I’ll even let slip that it is indeed an Autoroute
This is a motorway?? With houses next to it?

Oui. C’est vraiment une autoroute.
(Sparks up a Gitanes and gives a Gallic shrug )
