Are these traffic lights unique?
No excuse for not seeing them, lights plus posts all illuminated.
In a town, not a main route, it is France…now…
i suppose it was in the Alsace region of France . A good idea but i bet the people who live by light’s like that have a headache.

It certainly is Alsace.
Having lights bright enough for daylight is necessary, but is there an argument to dim them at night?
Lane closed and road works flashing lights are OK in daytime, but are positively blinding at night. Those lights kill your night vision for ages.
This is only a couple of km from an autoroute junction.
