i can’t think of any that will give a contract out that may actually hold them liable to keep an operator working.
most offer a contract which you sign to confirm that you will adhere to their working practices, that you will not approach any of their customers to offer your services direct, that you will be held responsible for loss or damage to their goods or equipment or both.
basically most won’t guarantee you anything but expect you to guarantee everything.
