Thank you guys for all replys. We have now problem solved, kind of. Yesterday VOSA stopped my vehicle and party began with very spicy chat from officer 
we have been fully checked and made it only with warning, no fine, no report to TC thanks god (maybe truck in very good condition and maintenance contract with Keltruck made its role) Now I need to write some kind of letter and punish driver/mechanic and keep an record of checking them every week I guess so that when TC will request all about it I can show valuable evidence record
