I recently had to put an ad in a newspaper for a change to existing O licence details.I could NOT find the correct form anywhere. I found the GV79 Annex A but thats for a new application, its not quite the same. I want the one to CHANGE the details.
Anyone know where I find it?
Looking at your post date I’d think you’ve done it by now but you can do it via the self service system online .
