Curtainsider Poles

Do you buy them ready to fit, or buy lengths of the appropriate tube and cut to fit when one is required.

We seem to get an awful lot of bent poles :imp: :imp:

Buy tube then cut to length and swap over bayonet at bottom if it’s got one

I was expecting a P.C. suspect race/gender type comment first.
Maybe my memories of â– â– â– â–  Emery were triggered?
“Ohhh! You are awful”.
.
More innocent times then?
.
But back on topic:
Why are the poles bending?

Insufficient support at their mid-point? (Are they bowing uniformly?) Higher trailer body means more support or stronger pole needed.

Material too lightweight?

Misuse? Are pole ends being put in both sockets correctly?
