I Shift gearbox problems (T range)

Started with a little Gearbox issue today

Some times it’s not selecting a gear while upshifting in even numbers (odds are fine)
Same as when it down shifts doesn’t select even numbers sometimes

Anyone had the same problems? If so what was issue

Possibly whatever the I shift uses instead of the old splitter switch/actuator system.IE no high splits going through ?.

Reboot everything.

This^^^^^• battery isolator off, count to 60, re-start, if not then back to Reno.

Only sometimes broke?

Can you operate all gears in manual mode?

hmm not cheap…but till yesterday i didn’t know renault has ishift…even i was suspicious…
What could cause this? ishift is supose to be best box out there…

The I-shift is the best out there [IMO], but like everything, they can go wrong

I got mine turned round in 24 hours, which was pretty impressive in this day & age, and with the 3 year warranty, I got peace of mind on the box & clutch front going forward…

Couldn’t select any even gears in Manuel or auto

Got a box of a t range from a breakers yard what’s done 100k
Sachs clutch and bearing

Dropped it off Monday mid Monday got it back Tuesday afternoon

About 4K in total
