I see secondhand cat C1 7.5 T trucks are not too bad in price although I’m haven’t looked at insurance yet and may well cost more than the price of the truck and then there is all the maintenance etc.
However how would you go about driving for yourself. Removals are one option, how would you get into say haulage as a one man band.
I’m guessing it would be like a very small farm trying to sell their crop and compete against the mega growers and supermarkets. Can it be done?
