I have just joined this site. Im also very new to the trucking scene.
We are a small company in Halifax west yorks. We have just obtained our O licence.
Can anybody tell me what i need for tacho and driver download and analysis? Whats the best way forward without paying a fortune out each month.?

I have used Tachomaster for nearly 10 years now, its perhaps not the slickest looking but it has the most comprehensive reports and at £1 per driver per week competitively priced.
You can get a free trial from their website.
The DigiVu+ I reckon is the fasted download tool, buy new not second hand as the latest version (4) is pretty quick downloading the vehicle unit.
Have you got your company card?
Download vehicle unit at least every 28 days, the regulations say 90 but if you keep it under 28 its so much quicker to download.
