I was asked to check over some invoices from a service agent for a client as the person who normally does it was off sick. Amongst them was one for an Ad blue cap £35, 1/2hour Labour to fit £40. When asked the driver said he knew nothing about it. A quick call to the dealer and the ‘mistake’ was put right and the invoice withdrawn.
I had this with a mirror repair. Dealer who didn’t do the job properly has invoiced my dealer for parts they didn’t fit and have ripped the arse out of the labour charge on a 20 minute botch-job.

just passing through… but the wife took her car in for a service years back paid the invoice ,I got home had a look at it when driving the car some time later …among things were 4 spark plugs …wtf says I it was a 3cylinder engine straight intae the main dealer and gave them the “taking advantage of a woman” blast …money back and free servicing for a year if I didn’t take it to the local rag.
