Daf CF75 Leaking coolant tank

Hi l recently found that my Daf CF75 2007 coolant tank was leaking on the seam where the black plastic meets the clear plastic. Does anyone know if this is an easy fix or a new water coolant tank? Thx

New tank, but its rare they fail so I would say get a 2nd hand one.
Do you have excess pressure when engine has been running?

Thx for the info. Burnley. l got a quote from a truck part dealer at £145+ vat. Getting it sorted tomorrow…hopefully.

You can patch them with Tiger Seal.

Once new tank fitted keep an eye on the pressure, if its pressurising compressor head and gasket is the normal cause, quite a bit to undo to change it but all nice and simple to get to.
The header tank cap seals are also a weak point

Aroldite it,Probably better and stronger than the garbage DAF (paccar) supply.
Cheap rubbish and check that the pressure relief valve is working while your at it.

Thx guys. All seems good now its done…
