Renault Midlum 2004 150/180DCI Question

Hi ,

I own and run a Renault Midlum recovery truck - 2004/150DCI 2004 - 4BJ01 (L4 - 4,1 L)

Could I take the ecu from a 180DCI with transponder and keys and get the power improvement?

Or is injectors/turbo different? Surely they have just remapped the fuel curve/added more fuel for the 30bhp gain.
