Moving op centre

Now i should know the answer to this but i cant quite decide so here goes

In the past i.ve always just need a letter of authorisation from the landowner to say its ok for me to park there and what spaces i have for trucks / trailers

Now i.ve just signed a 2 year lease on a plot of land on the docks to use as my operating centre so do i still need a letter from the landowner or is the fact i have a lease in my name enough before i advertise?

I think it’s just a box ticking exercise to say you have the owners permission to park there

A lease, if they ask to see it, is stronger evidence that a letter anyway.

Aye as i thought then , the lease is in my company name and it says in the conditions how many trucks etc so i.ll leave it at that , theres only seagulls live round here so hopefully no objections
