Hi guys n’ gals, here is a list of paperwork to be found in a Driver file and Vehicle File. Have i missed anything?

Drivers File

Current Licence Check
DCPC and Tacho Card check where needed
12 months of Downloaded Driving Information
15 months of Analogue Charts
Infringement Letter(s) signed off
Scans of front and back of Drivers licence, DCPC and Tacho Card
WTD Agreement and Declaration of any other work Signed Off
Training Completed and Signed off

Vehicle File

MOT Certificate
V5C
Tacho Calibration Details
Road Tax details
Plating Certificate
PMI Reports with work completed
Daily Walk Round Checks
Tyre Details

Tachograph records need to be kept for 12 months, or 24 months if they’re being used as records to track the drivers working time.

Mobile phone policy, signed by each driver. Happy to give you details of ours if you CBA making your own up!

We have Health & Fitness thingy as well where they state there’s no medical issues that they know of.

Good Call. We have also included a completed questionnaire completed by the drivers on the our Driving Manual and WTD Policy. Shows they have taken in what is there.
