DFDS pulling Curtainsider,rates and opinion please?
I work for DFDS Immingham using my own vehicles and trailers, so I can’t comment on rates for traction only, but they are always on the button with payments, 30 days from date of invoice.
Rates = 87ppkm
No better or worse than other operators… DFDS Logistics pay 32 days from END of month…
Is that the usual rate for most ferry trailers? I’m looking at becoming an owner driver, I work for visbeen at the moment, I’ve heard it’s £1.38 pm plus a payment for each drop?
I contacted most of them a year ago, the rate was around £1.35. I had an itch to become a o/d, but a good scratch and it went away
