Ovenden papers in River Way Harlow rent spaces out. You could also try HPC on London Road, Harlow Group Storage on the Pinacles and there are a few farms on the outskirts that rent spaces out.
In Purfleet you have the truckwash on Botany Way that rent spaces, or Titan truck park just up the road in West Thurrock. Also Seabrook warehousing in Thurrock.
Can’t help much in the Dagenham area
We currently use Titan Truck Park on Oliver road, West Thurrock. It’s about 20 - 25 mins from Basildon. Might suit your needs.
