Is it worth running a tipper now?
I’ve got a spare slot on my op licence , there’s a few quarry’s round me and I’ve got a mate after a job.
Is it worth it or are the rates rubbish pulling out the quarry’s now?
I think you may need to elaborate slightly, most quarries in my area are ruled by very expensive wagons run by franchise or contract hauliers.
Most quarry’s around me Flintshire, north wales have owner drivers with a few having 2 or 3 drivers. There all elusive with rates etc tho!
