The Late Frank Goodwin from Longnor had one of those new on a āCā reg and it served him well running from Ballidon quarry I believe he fitted an extra X member (from a Leyland I think?) near the Fuller gearbox for some now forgotten reason though, possibly as extra support for the heavy box? Jimmy Fairbanks bought it later when Frank purchased an AWD six wheeler, that saw Frank through to retirement.
