Hello Mark , although my brother is a partner he has No idea what I do and what I do not do in the office ,he has not set his foot in the office for 2.5 years !!! 
,any how No he knows we are replacing his Daf but that’s it , its fitted with every thing he need’s so hopefully he be happy ,if Not then tough ■■■■■ ,he wont go just portering will he ? We have my nephew “ginger” who is our spare lgv driver (he drives his 3.5t sprinter) but he is not keen on overnights these days ,like you say my lad should be trained up
