They were a TDG group haulier and I remember Sir James Duncan telling me that they were very disappointed at the demise of Peter Macullum as apparenently he took to the amber nectar and the firm went down the tubes so TDG closed it down but I couldn’t tell you the date.Bewick.

In the late fifties he had some bow fronted Atki 8 wheelers with the 11.3 AEC engine which were painted dark blue, they were a very good motor but then anything with the AEC 11.3 was very capable…Tony.
