Good Afternoon everyone.
I am hoping one of you guys may be able to help me with some information and pictures of Mercedes 2421 tippers operated by Plus Plant in Derby in the eighties?
The reason I ask is, I’m restoring a 2421 tipper and want to replicate one of Plus Plant’s from the late seventies/early eighties. My dad worked for Plus Plant in the late seventies as a mechanic but unfortunately he never took any photographs. I have managed to contact some of my dad’s old colleagues and they have given me some useful information but I’m struggling to find detailed photographs of the bodies, logo and colours.
If anyone can help it would be very much appreciated.
