That’s Halpin Continental from Erith, pulled for them in the 70’s, never went over the water for them though. Became Halpin Pierrpoint I believe.
Halpin Continental, originally J J Halpin (Hauliers) Ltd from Bermondsey, London SE16, owned by Brothers Jim and John Halpin.
Pierpoint and Halpin were a different, though related, company, owned by Melvin Pierpoint and Tony Halpin.
Halpin Continental did mainly glass and chipboard from Belgium, and Pierpoint and Hapin did rags to Italy
