My opinion for what it’s worth is 80’s are old time, I worked through the 60s/70s/ 80s/ 90s/ 00s, and the present decade. I’m still doing the occasional shift although I’m allegedly retired 
Six decades and the 80s are in the first half of the list. Regards Kev.
