you could try Truckfly , Truck Parking Europe or Les Routiers en Ligne they usually have some places marked.

Yes, the larger scale Michelin atlas of France, also titled something like Les Chauffeurs Professionale has weight limits, height limits, all parking areas, all service areas and most truck stops and routiers marked in it.
