I think there is bridge closure’s most nights at the moment and diversions set up.
Thanks for the info.I would have thought that they would work on the eastern side and leave the western open or vice versa.At the approaches from north and south the matrix sign gives travelling times to the opposite side.I’ve used the Ring Road for 40+ years and never had cause to transit the city itself.
