I should imagine many other European leaders are watching France with concern, worried that the protests might encourage their own people to rise up, especially if they succeed in getting rid of Macron.I also wonder at what point the media stops calling any protest by ordinary people, “Right Wing”?
Ah, now we (over here in UK) were informed some time during this week, that the Gilet Jaune protests had basically been hijacked by right wing rioters.
This was almost certainly a BBC radio news report because that’s mainly what I listen to, but I don’t remember when that was.
