Today/Tomorrow confusion here.?
All year there is a ban
22hr00 Sat eve until 22 Sun eve.
Summer peak weekends there is a ban 07hr00 Sat until 19hr00 Sat, but the Sat eve ban doesn’t commence until midnight.
Empty running connected with exempt movements is allowed. But make sure you have documentation to prove it. I’ll try to put up a link to relevant sites.
